ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment Rs.4,45,168/- (Rupees Four Lakh Forty
Five Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Eight only) to “The Taj West End, Bangalore”
towards the stay of Hon’ble Chief Minister at Bangalore along with staff and security
officers to participate in the “Southern Chief Minster’s Conference” with Union Finance
Minister on 17.12.2011 and 18.12.2011.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2013 – Council of Ministers – MH 108 Tour Expenses – SH (04) Tour Expenses
– 110/111 T.A.
3. The General Administration (Claims C) Department are requested to draw the
amount in favour of “The Taj West End, Bangalore” in the form of crossed cheque and
send the same to this Section for onward transmission to the firm.
