five lakhs only) towards 4th quarter under Non-Plan for the Financial Year, 2011-2012-

ORDER:
The Government have allocated an amount of Rs.1.00 Crore (Rupees one crore only) in
the Budget provision to the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Regional
Centre, Hyderabad for the Financial Year, 2011-12 under the Head of Account of “2014
Administration of Justice -M.H.800 Other Expenditure - SH(09) Assistance to International
Centre for Alternative Disputes Resolution -310 Grants-in –Aid -312 Other Grants- in- Aid”.
2. In the reference 1st read above, an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five lakhs
only) was sanctioned to the International Centre for Alternative Disputes Resolution, Regional
Centre, Hyderabad towards the 3rd installment as Grants-in –Aid for the Financial Year, 2011-12.
3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Treasurer, ICADR Regional Centre, Hyderabad has
stated that an amount of Rs.1.00 Crore (Rupees one crore only) allotted to ICADR for the
Financial Year, 2011-12 out of which an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- lakhs was released in the G.O.
1st read above and the same has been fully utilized for the purpose for which it was sanctioned
and requested to release an amount of Rs.25 lakhs (Rupees twenty five lakhs only) towards the 4th
installment.
4. In the reference 3rd read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order
for Rs.25.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty five lakhs only) under Non-Plan from the BE provision 2011-
2012 towards the 4th installment under the Head of Account “2014 Administration of Justice –
MH 800 Other Expenditure – SH (09) Assistance to International Centre for Alternative Dispute
Resolution – 310 Grants- in- Aid -312 Other Grants- in- Aid”.
5. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction of Corpus
Grant of Rs.25.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty five lakhs only) to the International Centre for
Alternative Dispute Resolution, Regional Centre, Hyderabad Branch towards the 4th quarter under
Non- Plan for the Financial Year, 2011-12 for strengthening the A.D.R. Movement in Andhra
Pradesh.
6. The expenditure sanctioned in para (5) above, shall be debited to “2014 Administration of
Justice -MH 800 Other Expenditure – SH (09) Assistance to International Centre for Alternative
Dispute Resolution -310 Grants –in- Aid -312 Other Grants –in –Aid”.

7. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Law
Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (5) above to the
Treasurer, International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Regional Centre, Hyderabad
through a cheque from the Budget provision released in the G.O. 3rd read above.
