AIS - Permissions – Post-facto permission to Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS (AP:85),
Principal Secretary to Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department, to attend
the Board of Directors Meeting of GMR HIAL on 23-01-2012 and also to attend the
meeting in the Ministry of Shipping and Indian Ports Association (IPA) on 24-01-2012 at
New Delhi - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, post-facto permission
is hereby accorded to Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS (AP:85), Principal Secretary to
Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department to attend the Board of Directors
Meeting of GMR HIAL on 23-01-2012 and also to attend the meeting in the Ministry of
Shipping and Indian Ports Association (IPA) on 24-01-2012 at New Delhi.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
