In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 09/03/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 60 of 2010 held in between
P. Umapathi, S/o Late Ramanaiah, Conductor and the Depot Manager,
APSRTC, Kamareddy Bus Depot, Nizamabad District be published on the
Notice Board of the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad.
