Read:- From Andhra Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Lr.No.1618/2012, Dated: 13.03.2012. **** ORDER: In the circumstances stated by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board in his letter read above, the Government hereby accord post facto permission in having utilized the services of Sri. A. Mohan Rao, Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board and also in having visited New Delhi for filling counter affidavit in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India along with costs of Rs.10,000/- and also to travel by air due to short of time. 2. The absence of the above officer including the journey period on 02.3.2012 shall be treated as on duty under F.R.9 (6) (b) (i). 3. The expenditure towards Dearness Allowances / Traveling Allowances to the above officer shall be met from the Construction Board funds.
