In the reference 8th read above, the Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has informed that, since, Sri.Battu Devanand, Advocate, who was appointed as Standing Counsel for the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, in the High Court of A.P., has declined to accept the said appointment and hence requested to rescind the orders issued in the G.O.4th read above. 3.
