ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, permission is hereby
accorded to Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (83), Principal Secretary to Government, Energy
Department, to attend the meeting of Principal Secretaries of Energy Departments of Key
States on the policy aspects of the guidelines for selection of projects for phase II of
JNNSM (Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission) on 27-01-2012 at MNRE, New
Delhi.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
