O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, Andhra Pradesh., Hyderabad in his letter read above,
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission
to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra .Pradesh.,
Hyderabad to effect Inter -local transfer of Sri M. Kiran Kumar, Junior
Assistant, Tahsildar Office, Vemanapally, Adilabad District to Hyderabad
District Revenue unit on spousal grounds as a special case in relaxation of
Rules, subject to the condition that the individual shall take last rank i.e., next
below the last regular candidate in the cadre of Junior Assistant in Hyderabad
District and forego his seniority in the present District, i.e., Adilabad District.
2. The individual is not eligible for TTA / DA and joining time as the transfer
is at his own request.
3. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad shall
take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
