Yogdhyayana Parishad, Hyderabad vide reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Orders issued by the Finance (Expr.HM&FW-II) Department in the Government Order 2nd read above, Government hereby issue an administrative sanction order to the Secretary, A.P. The Assistant Secretary to Government, the Drawing Officer of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount of Rs.36,25,000/- (Rupees thirty six lakhs and twenty five thousand only) sanctioned at para-1 above for depositing the same in the P.D.A/c No.GA.11 of the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad. 3. On presentation of the bills for the amounts detailed in Col.8 of the table under para 1 above, by the Asst. Secretary to Government, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, on its admittance and passing for payment, the PAO, Hyderabad shall credit the amounts into the P.D Account No.G.A.11 of APYP under K-Deposits & Advances, B-Deposits not bearing interest, 8449- Other Deposits – 120- Miscellaneous deposits – 68 – Deposits to Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad and intimate the fact to the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad. 4. The amounts deposited in P.D account shall be drawn with reference to the need and amounts so drawn shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is released. The amounts deposited in P.D Account shall not be drawn for depositing in any Bank by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad. 5. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/ Statement of Expenditure for the amounts sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
