ORDER:
In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders have been issued releasing an amount of
Rs.19.25 lakhs (Rupees nineteen lakhs and twenty five thousand only) as additional budget
under the following head of account during 2011-2012 to conduct recruitment examinations
by A.P. Public Service Commission, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly
Regulation orders pending provision of funds by way of supplementary grant during 2011-
2012:
Head of Account: 2051 - Public Service Commission
(Non-Plan) 102 - State Public Service Commission
SH(04) - APPSC (Charged)
280/284 - Other Payments
2. Accordingly administrative sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an amount of
Rs.19.25 lakhs (Rupees nineteen lakhs and twenty five thousand only) under the head of
account as indicated in Para (1) above, and also permitted to draw the said amount on
A.C. Bills to conduct recruitment examinations by A.P. Public Service Commission.
3. The Secretary, A.P. Public Service Commission shall take necessary further action in
the matter duly following all the Treasury and Financial Rules in force.
