ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 22,271/- (Rupees twenty two
thousand two hundred and seventy one only) to Sundaram Honda, 67, MG Road,
Ranigunj, Secundrabad towards the cost of servicing charges and replaced spare parts to
the Government vehicle bearing No.A.P.11AA-234 (Hone City Car) used by the
Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department as per the bills 2nd read above.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052-Secretariat
general Services-090- Secretarait Services -10-Law Department -510-Maintenance of
Motor Vehicles”.
3. The Deputy Pay and accounts Officers, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad are
requested to issue a cheque in favour of “Sundaram Motors”for the above amount.
