Thus, the Member of service had to wait for posting compulsorily from 02.09.2011 to 07.09.2011. 2. Having regard to the circumstances of the case, Government hereby direct that the period from 02.09.2011 to 07.09.2011 (both days inclusive) in respect Sri Kartikeya Misra, IAS (2009) shall be treated as compulsory wait under F.R 9(6)( b). 3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department vide their circular Memo No.31617-A/520/A.2/F.R.I/2001, Dt.26.09.2001.
