Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr.RC.No.433/CDS/12, dt.16.03.2012. @@@@ O R D E R : Sri K.Raghavaiah, Asst. Section Officer, Revenue Department, in his application 2nd read above has stated that, he has taken treatment at Siri Multi Speciality Dental Hospital, Sanga Reddy, Medak District during the period from 26.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 for an amount of Rs.7,168/-. He has furnished all relevant papers and requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have sent the application and medical bills to Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for reimbursement to the individual, in relaxation of rules. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above, has stated that the medical bills of Sri K.Raghavaiah, Asst. Section Officer, Revenue Department, towards his first (1st ) Dental treatment at Siri Multi Speciality Dental Hospital, Sanga Reddy, Medak District during the period from 26.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 for an amount of Rs.7,168/-. have been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules,1972 read with G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:- Total Amount Claimed Rs.7,168.00 Inadmissible Amount Rs ---- __________ Gross Admissible amount Rs. 7,168.00 Amount limited to Rs. ----- ceiling/package rules LESS: 10% cut on Admissible Rs. ---- amount in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 Net Admissible Amount Rs. 7,168.00 ( P.T.O.):: 2 :: 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs. 7,168/- (Rupees Seven Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Eight only) to Sri K.Raghavaiah, Asst. Section Officer, Revenue Department, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for his first (1st ) Dental treatment during the period from 26.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 at Siri Multi Speciality Dental Hospital, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, for an amount of Rs.7,168/- as recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.” 6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules.
