G.O.Rt.No.1071, Finance (Expr.H.M.&F.W.–I) Department, Dt:22.03.2012. ---- O R D E R: Based on the proposals received from the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad vide letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance (Expr.HM&FW-I) Department in the Government Order 2nd read above, Government hereby issue an administrative sanction order to the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, A.P., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.7,92,00,000/- (Rupees seven crores and ninety two lakhs only) as additional funds pending adjustment in final surrenders for clearance of the pending bills due to enhanced diet charges and Water & Electricity bills from the B.E. provision 2011-12 (Non-Plan) under the following scheme:- NON-PLAN (Rupees in Thousands) Sl. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall issue sanction order for drawing and adjusting the amounts to the P.D A/c No.36 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad and shall follow the procedure envisaged in column No.10 of the above table for drawal of funds. 3. The Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount of Rs.7,92,00,000/- (Rupees seven crores and ninety two lakhs only) for depositing the same in the P.D A/c No.36 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad. 4. On presentation of the bills by the Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, on its admittance and passing for payment, the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad shall credit the amount into the P.D Account No.36 of Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad under ‘K’ Deposits and Advances, 8449 – Other Deposits, 120- Miscellaneous deposits, S.H.(61) – Deposits of Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, 000 – Deposits of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, and intimate the fact to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad. 5. The amount deposited in P.D Account shall be drawn with reference to the need and amount so drawn shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is released. The amounts deposited in P.D account shall not be drawn for depositing in any Bank, by any authority. (P.T.O.)::2:: 6.
