O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of the District
Collector, Eluru, West Godavari District, hereby direct that the period from
09.08.2011 to 06.10.2011, for 59 days, during which period
Sri K. Nageswara Rao, Special Grade Deputy Collector, presently working
as R.D.O., Eluru, West Godavari District was waiting for posting in Revenue
Department be treated as compulsory wait under F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department,
vide their U.O.No.5751/145/FR.I/12, Dt.15.03.2012.
