The expenditure shall be debited to “2052 Secretariat General Services – MH.090 Secretariat – SH.04 General Administration Department – 130 Office Expenses – 131 Service Postage, Telegram & Telephone Charges”. 3. The General Administration (OP-VI/Tele. Expr.) Department is requested to credit the amount in the individual Bank Account Numbers of the individuals as mentioned in the annexure to this order. 4.
