ORDER :-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education A.P.
Hyderabad in the letter 2nd read above and in accordance with the orders issued in the
G.O. first read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for drawal of
Rs.5,29,663/- (Rupees: Five Lakhs Twenty Nine thousand six hundred and sixty three
only) towards payment of family pension arrears in respect of Smt. S.Kasturi Bai, W/o
Late Dr.Jyothi Prasad holder of P.P.O.No.19-SGC-014616 for the period from
01.01.2008 to 30.11.2010 as per the provisions of S.R.86 (b),87 (a) and 89(a) under
T.R. 16 of A.P. Treasury Code Volume 1 read with Article 55 of A.P. Financial Code
volume – 1.
2. The expenditure sanctioned at para 1 above shall be debited to 2701 – Pension
and other retirement benefits, 01- Civil, MH-107-Superannuation and retirement
allowances, 272- Arrears of pension to the retired employees.
3. The Director of Medical Education, A.P. Hyderabad., shall take necessary further
action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department
