dt.12.1.2012 alongwith representation dt.14.12.2011 of Sri I.
Prakash Kumar, SGDC/DRO., Medak.

O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of the District
Collector, Medak District, hereby direct that the period from 12.10.2011 to
04.12.2011, for 54 days, during which period Sri I. Prakash Kumar, Special
Grade Deputy Collector, presently working as District Revenue Officer,
Medak District was waiting for posting in Revenue Department be treated
as compulsory wait under F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department,
vide their U.O.No.5999/158/FR.I/12, Dt.15.03.2012.
