The expenditure shall be debited to “2013 Council of Ministers – MH.800 Other expenditure – SH.04 Other expenditure – 130 Office Expenses – 131 Service Postage, Telegram & Telephone Charges”. 3. The General Administration (OP-VI/Tele. Expr.) Department is requested to credit the amount in favour of the individual as per annuxure to this order and pay to them. 4.
