The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall issue sanction order for drawing and adjusting the amounts to the P.D A/c No.36 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad and shall follow the procedure envisaged in column No.10 of the above table for drawal of funds. 3. The Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees five crores only) for depositing the same in the P.D A/c No.36 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad. 4. On presentation of the bills by the Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, on its admittance and passing for payment, the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad shall credit the amount the P.D Account No.36 of Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad under ‘K’ Deposits and Advances, 8449 – Other Deposits, 120- Miscellaneous deposits, S.H.(61) – Deposits of Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, 000 – Deposits of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, and intimate the fact to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad. (P.T.O.)::2:: 5. The amount deposited in the P.D Account shall be drawn with reference to the need and amount so drawn shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is released. The amounts deposited in P.D account shall not be drawn for depositing in any Bank, by any authority. 6. The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para –1 above to Government.
