ORDER:
Under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, post-facto permission is hereby
accorded to Sri M.G.Gopal, IAS (83), Principal Secretary to Government, Higher
Education Department to proceed to New Delhi on 26-01-2012 A.N. in connection with
WP filed by the Managements of certain Professional Colleges on “fixation of fee in
professional colleges’, which is Coming up for hearing in Supreme Court of India, New
Delhi on 27-01-2012.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
