ORDER: The Selection Committee constituted in the G.O. 1st read above has met on 23-9-2011 and recommended the names of Deputy Civil Surgeons duly following Rule of Reservation for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Civil Surgeon RMO in A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad for the panel year 2011-2012 and furnished its recommendations in the reference 2nd read above. Government has accepted the recommendations of the Selection Committee in the G.O. 3rd read above. 2. Accordingly, under Rule 10(a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Dr. T. Chandra Rao, Dy. Civil Surgeon, SPHO, CHNC, Akiveedu, West Godavari District is promoted as Civil Surgeon RMO in the scale of pay of Rs.31550-53060 and posted at Area Hospital, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District in the existing vacancy of Civil Surgeon RMO. 3. The individual shall join in the said post within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of this order failing which action will be taken in terms of Rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 4. The promotion ordered in Para two (2) above is subject to outcome of W.Ps. / W.As. / R.Ps. / C.As. etc., pending if any, before Tribunal / Courts. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary action to communicate the orders and furnish the served copy to Government for taking further necessary action.
