No. 60/CDS/12, dt: 19.01.2012. ****** ORDER: In the circumstances stated in the reference 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to Sri S.Ramesh, Gazetted Librarian, CSL, GAD towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for dental treatment of his mother at Life Kare Dental Hospital (recognized hospital), from 22.12.2011 to 24.12.2011, as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052– Secretariat General Services - MH(090) Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department – (010) – Salaries – 017 – Medical reimbursement.” Necessary entry is made in the Service Register of the Govt. Servant, to the effect that this reimbursement is for third time for his dependent mother. 3.
