Letter No.Estt.72/APLC/2011, dated 11-11-2011, received from the Special Officer, Office of the AOR, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi. ****** O R D E R In the reference fourth read above , the Special Officer, Office of the Advocates-On- Record, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi has stated that the Government have permitted to engage the services of two (2) Data Entry Operators on contract basis against the two vacant posts of Junior Stenographers till 30-1-2011 vide G.O.Rt.No.331, Law, dated 5-2-2011. In Memo No.1225/38/N/2010, Law, dated 20-11-2010 Government have permitted to engage the services of Sri Khairatilal Sharma, Junior Stenographer on contract basis for a period of one year with effect from 1-7-2010 and he left from service on 1-1-2011. As per the instructions of the Resident Commissioner, Government of A.P., New Delhi Mr.Manish Jerath was engaged through contract agency in place of Mr.Khairatilal Sharma and they intended to utilize the services of Mr.Manish Jerath, Junior Stenographer as Data Entry Operator in addition to the existing two (2) Data Entry Operators. She has further stated that computerization of all the cases pending or filed in the Apex Court is underway and Master Registers are being prepared with full details of the cases. Hence there is every need of continuing three (3) Data Entry Operators for further time and requested to permit her to continue the services of three (3) Data Entry Operators for one more year with effect from 1-11-2011 through approved agency and pay wages as per the agreement made with the Resident Commissioner by M/s Ishan Surveillance and Security Solutions Pvt. Limited, New Delhi. 2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby permits the Special Officer, Office of the Advocates-On-Record, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi to continue the services of three (3) “Data Entry Operators” on outsourcing basis for a period of one year with effect from 1-11-2011 to 31-10-2012 through approved agency and pay wages as per the agreement made with the Resident Commissioner by M/s Ishan Surveillance and Security Solutions Pvt. Limited, New Delhi. 3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-II) Department vide their U.O.No.401/09/A1/SMPC-II/12, dated 18-01-2012.
