Manager, APSCSCL, Hyderabad, Lr.No.APSCSCL/PB/December /2011, dated 05.01.2012. ***** ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.3,96,909/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ninty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine only) towards the cost of P.O.L. supplied to the Government vehicles under the control of General Administration Department for the month of December, 2011 as per the details shown in the Annexure to this order. 2. The excess consumption of P.O.L. over and above the ceiling limit of 160/200 litres per month indicated in the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above in respect of the vehicles mentioned in the Annexure to this order, is ratified. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretarait – SH (04) General Administration Department – 240 – Petrol, Oil and Lubricants “. 4. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 1 above and credit the same to A/c.No.52088415021 with State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch of the District Manager, A.P.State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the rules in vogue.
