ORDER:
Under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, permission is hereby accorded to
Sri M.Veerabrahmiah, IAS, Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram District to
leave the headquarters on 31-01-2012 (evening) to receive award on the occasion of
MGNREGS Sammelan on 02-02-2012 at New Delhi and to return on 03-02-2012 A.N.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. The Joint Collector, Vizianagaram District is kept in full additional charge of the
post of Collector & District Magistrate, Vizianagaram District, during the absence of
Sri M.Veerabrahmiah, IAS.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
