Read the following:- 1. Representation of Dr. B. Usha Sundari, CSRMO, Area Hospital, Kavali, Nellore District. Dt:17-11-2011. 2. From the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.1871/M1B/2011, Dated:22-12-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. B. Usha Sundari, C.S.R.M.O., Area Hospital, Kavali, Nellore District has represented that she is working at present place since 24-10-2009 and completed more than 2 years of service in the present station to the satisfaction of her superiors. Her old aged parents and in- laws are at Nellore and her services are essential as they are suffering from Chronic health problems i.e., IHD and severe O.A. She has requested to transfer her to District Hospital, Nellore on humanitarian grounds in the ensuing vacancy of CSRMO consequent on retirement on 31-1-2012. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, APVVP while forwarding the representation of Dr. B. Usha Sundari, CSRMO, has stated that she is working at Area Hospital, Kavali since 24-10-2009 and requested to transfer her to District Hospital, Nellore in the vacancy of CSRMO which is going to arise on 31-1-2012. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. B. Usha Sundari, Area Hospital, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District to District Hospital, Nellore in the retirement vacancy arised on 31-1-2012 (now a clear vacancy) in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
