From the Advocate General for the State of A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.No.1054/2011, dated: 01.12.2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 4th read above, the Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to sanction an amount of `2,52,500/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty two thousand and five hundred only) towards day fees for his appearance before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of various departments for the month of November, 2011. 2. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of `2,52,500/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty two thousand and five hundred only) to Sri.A.Sudarshan Reddy, Advocate General for the State of A.P., Hyderabad, towards day fees for his appearance before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of various departments for the month of November, 2011. 3. The expenditure sanctioned at Para (2) above shall be debited to “2014 – Administration of Justice, 114 – Legal Advisors & Counsels, 04 – Legal Advisors and Counsels, 280 – Professional Services, 281 – Pleaders Fees (Non-plan)”. 4.
