ORDER:-
In the reference 4th read above, the learned Advocate General for the State
of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to sanction an
amount of `2,12,000/- (Rupees two lakhs twelve thousand only) towards day fees
to Sri.K.G.Krishna Moorthy, Additional Advocate General, for his appearance
before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of
various departments for the month of November, 2011.
2. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
`2,12,000/- (Rupees two lakhs twelve thousand only) to Sri.K.G.Krishna
Moorthy, Additional Advocate General, towards day fees for his appearance
before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of
various departments for the month of November, 2011.
3. The expenditure sanctioned at Para (2) above shall be debited to “2014 –
Administration of Justice, 114 – Legal Advisors & Counsels, 04 – Legal Advisors
and Counsels, 280 – Professional Services, 281 – Pleaders Fees (Non-Plan)”.
4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o. the Advocate General, High Court
of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as
sanctioned in Para (2) above to the concerned.
