From the District Collector, Visakhapatnam, (M) R.C.No.193/11-C1, dated:30-10-2011. **** ORDER:- Government hereby appoint Sri Bhamidipati V.B.Jagannadha Rao, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge Court, Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam District, for a period of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per month. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in G.O. first read above. 2. The date of joining should be intimated to Government. 3. The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette; 4. The Director of Prosecutions, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
