Adinarayana, District Malaria Officer, Dt.2-1-2012 * * * * ORDER: Where as, it was proposed to hold an enquiry against Dr. R. Adinarayana, District Malaria Officer formerly at Krishna and presently working at Ananthapur in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and accordingly, article of charges have been framed against him vide G.O. 1st read above. 2. Whereas, in the representation 2nd read above, Dr. R. Adinarayana, District Malaria Officer has submitted his explanation denying the article of charges framed against him vide G.O. 1st read above. 3. And, whereas, it is considered that an inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against Dr. R. Adinarayana, former District Malaria Officer, Krishna District. 4. The Government hereby appoint the Regional Director, Medical and Health Services, Rajahmandry as Enquiry Officer to Inquire into the charges framed against Dr. R. Adinarayana, former District Malaria Officer, Krishna and presently at Ananthapur under Rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules 1991. 5. The Enquiry Officer is requested to conduct enquiry as per the provisions under Rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and complete the enquiry within two months and submit his report to Government.
