HEALTH MEDICAL AND FAMILY WELFARE (B1) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 463 Dated.28-03-2012 Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated 22-06-2011. 2) From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.2180/E1.C/2011, dated 19-10-2011. *** O R D E R: In the letter second read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has forwarded the representation of Dr.P.A.Vidya Sagar, Deputy Civil Surgeon & Senior Public Health Officer, Madanapalli, Chittoor district wherein he has stated that he is having diet allergies and Chronic Colitis and is taking treatment at Tirupati. As such, he is unable to travel long distance, as Madanapalli is 140 KM far from Tirupati. Further he has stated that his wife is working as Professor in OB&GY at S.V. Medical College, Tirupati, and his children are studying at Tirupati. He has therefore requested for transfer to Chandrigiri, as Senior Public Health Officer in the existing vacancy. 2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has further stated that the post of Senior Public Health Officer, Chandragiri, CHNC is vacant and requested to issue necessary orders on the request of Dr.P.A.Vidya Sagar. 3. Government after examination, hereby transfer of Dr.P.A.Vidya Sagar, Senior Public Health Officer, Madanapalli, Chittoor District and post him as Senior Public Health Officer, Chandragiri, CHNC, Chittoor District in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above, without TTA & Joining time, on his health grounds. 4. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare shall take further action accordingly. 5.
