Sarat Chandra Babu, CSS, Area Hospital, Anakapalli, letter dated 09-02-2012. 2) From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.132/ M2A/2012, dated 18-02-2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. G. Sarat Chandra Babu, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Paed), Area Hospital, Anakapalli has represented that he is suffering from depressive mania for a few months and he is taking treatment. He is unable to bear the tensions and pressure in administrative posts as Medical Superintendent & RMO he did in Area Hospital, Anakapalli. He has requested to post him in the existing vacancy of Civil Surgeon Specialist (GS), at Area Hospital, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam Dist. on Medical grounds. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has stated that Dr. G. Sarat Chandra Babu, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Paed) is working at Area Hospital, Anakapalli from February, 2001. There is a vacancy of CSS (GS) at Area Hospital, Aganampudi. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer of Dr. G. Sarat Chandra Babu, CSS (Paed), Area Hospital, Anakapalli to Community Health Centre, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam District in the existing vacancy of Civil Surgeon Specialist (GS), in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) /DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on his own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
