Sree Rama Murthy, Assistant Secretary to Government (Retd), Law Department who retired from service on 31.01.2012 A.N., on attaining the age of superannuation towards the subscription made under the Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund along with interest accrued thereon as indicated below: Subscription towards the A.P. State Employees Family Benefit Fund Subscription Interest 1 including Government contribution upto 31.10.1984 Rs.870/- Rs.157/- 2 Interest on the above amount of subscription from Rs.16,170/- 01.11.1984 to 31.01.2012 Total Rs.870/- Rs.16,327/- Grand Total Rs.17,197/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand one hundred and ninety seven only) 2. The expenditure on the subscriptions towards the Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund shall be debited to “M.H.8011 - Insurance and pension funds - M.H.106 - Other Insurance and Pension Funds - S.H.(01) - Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund - 002 – Savings Fund ( Retirement)”. 3. The expenditure on the interest accrued on subscriptions towards the Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund shall be debited to “M.H.8011 - Insurance and pension funds - M.H.106 - Other Insurance and Pension Funds - S.H.(01) - Andhra Pradesh State Employees Family Benefit Fund - 003 - Interest payment from Government”. 4. Certified that Sri P. Sree Rama Murthy, Assistant Secretary to Government (Retd), Law Department has not gone on E.O.L. during the period from 01.08.1977 to 31.10.1984.
