G.O.Ms.No.127 Finance (DCM.III) Department dated 22.06.2011 $$$ O R D E R : In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad in the letter 1st read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad, to effect the transfer of Smt.M.Swarnalatha, Ph.Gr.II, MPHC Vetapalem, Guntur District (and presently working at APHMHIDC, CDS Guntur District on deputation) to Government General Hospital, Guntur District, in the existing vacancy as Pharmacist Grade.II, i.e., from the control of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare to the control of Director of Medical Education, subject to the condition that the individual shall take last rank next below the last regular candidate in the new unit and to forego the seniority in the present working unit. The individual is not entitled for T.A. / D.A. and joining time and in relaxation of ban orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above. 2. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad / Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 3.
