2) From M/s Sundaram Honda, Secunderabad Credit Bill
Nos.113650/1152175, dated 28.01.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.2,828/- (Rupees Two
Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Eight only) to M/s Sundaram Honda,
Secunderabad, (Authorised Company workshop) towards cost of General Servicing
undertaken to the Government Vehicle No.AP 09 CC 3802 being used by Special
Chief Secretary to Govt. (GPM&AR).
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (04) General
Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office vehicles.”
3. The Genl. Admn. (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and credit the
amount sanctioned in para 1 above to M/s Sundaram Motors, A/c.No.10043457270,
State Bank of India, M.J.Road, Secunderabad, IFSC Code:SBIN0003032, MICR
Code:500002047.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the rules in vogue.
