G.O.Ms.No.378, General Administration. (Ser.A) Dept., dt.24.08.1999. 4. From the Registrar (Admn), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Lr. ROC.No.1701/2011-C-6, dt.19.08.2011. &&& ORDER: The Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter fourth (4th) read above, forwarded the letter of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad alongwith the enclosures for approval of his proposal regarding the appointment of Sri Y. Naveen Kumar, as Attender, as requested by him, in his applications dt:27-12-2010 and 29-03-2011 under the scheme of compassionate appointment to the dependents of Government employees who have disappeared and whose whereabouts are not known for more than seven years, as Sri Y. Raj Kumar, the father of the applicant while working as Attender in the Unit of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad absconded from duty with effect from 29-05-2003 and is reported to be untraced vide Certificate No. 654/OW/IKP/2010 dt:26-07-2010 issued by the Inspector of Police, Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad. 2. Government after examined the proposal of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad forwarded through the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh have decided, and give its approval for the proposal as required in the G.O. third read above, to consider the request of Sri Y. Naveen Kumar for appointment as Attender under the scheme of compassionate appointment to the dependents of Government employees who have disappeared and whose whereabouts are not known for more than seven years, if he is otherwise eligible and the appointing authority shall satisfy about the other requirements viz., age, qualifications, availability of vacancy, rule of reservation, obtaining a bond etc., including the relaxation wherever necessary, in terms of the orders / guidelines issued on the subject from time to time by the Government. 3.
