(SC.X) Deptt., Dated 11.7.2008. 3. From the Prl.Cheif Conservator of Forests, AP.Hyd Lr.No.56258/2009/C2, Dated 07.01.2012. 4. From the DME, A.P., Hyd L.Dis No. 50278(1)/ M.A.-C/2011, Dt.12.12.2011. *** ORDER: The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, A.P., Hyderabad through the reference 3rd read above has furnished the medical claim in respect of Dr. Chandra B. Malasi, IFS, CCF (FCA), O/o the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, A.P., Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs. 64,917/-, towards treatment obtained for his son as out patient for “follow up treatment for Kidney transplantation”, during the period from 05.03.2011 to 24.08.2011, at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, in terms of the G.O. 2nd read above and requested for issue of sanction orders. 2. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and indicated in the reference 4th read above, that the net admissible amount is Rs. 63,517/-, for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 63,517/- (Rupees sixty three thousand five hundred and seventeen only) to Dr. Chandra B. Malasi, IFS, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment obtained for his son for “follow up treatment for Kidney transplantation”, as Out patient, during the period from 05.03.2011 to 24.08.2011, at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, under the All India Services(MA) Rules, 1954 and in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st & 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o the Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to Dr. Chandra B. Malasi, IFS, CCF (FCA), O/o the PCCF, A.P., Hyderabad, duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders in the subject.
