GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SC.A) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 467 Dated:31-01-2012 Read the following: 1. From the High Court of A.P., orders dated:26.11.2010 in W.P.No.24117 of 2010 filed by N. Sri Bindu. 2. Oral Orders (non draft) of High Court of A.P., dt: 28.12.2011 in Writ Appeal (M.P.) 1246/2011 in Writ Appeal (SR) No. 26400/2011. (W.A. No.69/2012). … ORDER: Ms. N. Sri Bindu, D/o late N. Goverdhan Reddy, R/o Edula Village, Gopalpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, filed W.P.No.24117 of 2010 in High Court of A.P. with a pray to quash the order passed by the Government in U.O.Note.No.22123/SC.A/A2/2010-1, dated:12.7.2010, and to consider her for appointment on compassionate grounds in the light of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.504, G.A. (SC.A) Dept., dated:11.08.2008. 2. In the reference 1st read above the Hon’ble High Court allowed the Writ Petition and set aside the impugned order and directed the Government to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner by treating her as not requiring the relaxation of age limits, within two months from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. 3. Whereas, the Government have preferred an appeal before the Division Bench against the above said orders of the Hon’ble High Court duly filing delay condonation petition. In the reference 2nd read above the Hon’ble High Court of A.P., Hyd., has awarded costs of Rs.500/-, towards delay condonation petition. 4. Whereas, Smt. K. Sreelakshmi, S.O. (SC), G.A.(SC.A) Dept., has incurred the following amount towards the payment of cost awarded by the High Court, as imprest amount is not readily available in the department:- D.D. amount : Rs.500/- Exchange amount: Rs. 30/- Auto charges : Rs.160/- ---------- Total : Rs.690/- ---------- 5. After careful examination, sanction is accorded for reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by Smt. K. Sreelakshmi, Section Officer,G.A.(SC.A) Department, for the amount of Rs.690/- (Six hundred and ninety only). 6. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department is requested to draw and disburse the above amount duly debiting the expenditure from the following Head of account, and credit the same in Account No.52164831679, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, IFSC Code SBHY0020077 of Smt. K. Sreelakshmi, S.O.(SC). “2052– Sectt. Genl. Services -090 – Sectt. – 04 - GAD - 130 - Office expenses – 132 – other office expenses”. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in vogue.
