received through CMO.No. 11520/ GEN – GP/ 2011,dated.16 – 09-2011 and
Dated. 05-02-2012.
3. From the Commissioner of AYUSH, Lr. No. 11548/Acad1/2011, dated.14-11-2011.

O R D E R :-
In the reference second read above, Miss K. Vishnu Priya, a second year BAMS student of
Vaageswari Ayurvedic College, Karimnagar, has stated that she is suffering from several diseases i.e
Bronchial Asthama, Gastro- Intestinal, Hypo – Thyroid etc. and recently her right leg was fractured, and
she has passed 1st year BAMS Course and enclosed the marks memo issued by Dr. NTR University of
Health Sciences, Vijayawada and requested to consider her case on health grounds for transfer in the
existing vacancy, in 2nd year BAMS Course, to enable to get treatment for her aliments while continuing
her studies in Dr. BRKR Govt. Ayurvedic College , Hyderabad.
2. In the letter third read above, the Commissioner of AYUSH has requested to consider the case of
transfer of Miss K.Vishnu Priya, 2nd year BAMS student of Vaageswari Ayurvedic College, Karimnagar
to Dr. BRKR Govt. Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad.
3. The Govt., after careful examination of the matter, in the light of the general policy on transfer of
students framed vide G.O 1st read above, hereby observe that she is qualified for her transfer and since
there is a vacancy, hereby permit the Commissioner of AYUSH to transfer Miss K.Vishnu Priya, second
year BAMS student of Vaageswari Ayurvedic College, Karimnagar to Dr. BRKR Govt. Ayurvedic
College, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy on medical grounds.
4. The Commissioner of AYUSH shall take necessary action accordingly.
