GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SC.F) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.469 Dated: 31-01-2012 @ @ @ O R D E R ::- Under Rule 10 (a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following (4) Deputy Secretaries to Government (Non Cadre) (SO line) are temporarily promoted as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre) (SO line) in the scale of pay of Rs.37600-970- 40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-51760-1300-54360/- in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010 with immediate effect. 2. The above temporary promotion is on ad-hoc basis and subject to outcome of WPs/WAs/CAs/RPs/OAs etc., if any, pending before the Tribunal / Courts and they are liable to be reverted as Deputy Secretary to Government at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons therefore. They are not entitled to any preferential claim to future appointments basing on the service rendered in the promoted category. 3. The Deputy Secretaries to Government appointed as Joint Secretaries to Government in para (1) above should join the post of Joint Secretary to Government within 15 days from the date of the receipt of the order of appointment. If they fail to join the post within stipulated period of 15 days or evade to join the post by proceeding on leave, the officer’s appointment shall be treated as automatically cancelled and the name of the candidate shall be deemed to have been omitted from the list of approved candidates and they shall forfeit the right of appointment for the present panel for the post of Joint Secretary to Government in terms G.O.Ms.No.145, G.A.(Services.D) Department, dated.15.06.2004. 4.
