REVENUE (O.P.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.RT.No. 469 Dated:27-03-2012. Read the following:- 1. G.O. Ms.No.74, HM&FW (K1) Deptt., dated: 15.03.2005. 2. G.O. Ms.No.68, HM&FW (K1) Deptt., dated: 28.03.2011. 3. From Sri M.Venkatramaiah, Joint Secretary (Retd), Revenue Department, Application, Dt: 19.03.2012. *********** O R D E R: Sri M.Venkatramaiah, Joint Secretary (Retd), Revenue Department, in his application 3rd read above has stated that, he has taken treatment at NIMS, Hyderabad during the period from 06.09.2011 to 04.02.2012 for an amount of Rs.17,813/-. He has furnished all relevant papers and requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government while accepting the recommendations of the Ninth Pay Revision Commission have issued orders among others dispensing with the scrutiny certificate separately in cases where treatment is obtained in NIMS/SVIMS. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the orders issued in the reference second read above, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.17,813/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirteen only) to Sri M.Venkatramaiah, Joint Secretary (Retd), Revenue Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him during the period from 06.09.2011 to 04.02.2012 at NIMS, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3rd above, shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.” 5. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. ( P.T.O.):: 2 :: 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules.
