From the Advocate General for the State of A.P., Hyderabad, Proceedings No.29/2012, dated: 08.02.2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 5th read above, the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that, consequent on resignation tendered by Sri.Meka Rajasekhara Reddy, to the post of Standing Counsel for the Municipalities in Andhra Region in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 08.02.2012, he has placed Smt.Shanti Neelam, Standing Counsel for the Municipalities in Telangana Region, in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as in charge to the post of Municipalities in Andhra Region, in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, till a regular Standing Counsel is appointed to the said post. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby ratify the action of the Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in having placed Smt.Shanti Neelam, Standing Counsel for the Municipalities in Telangana Region in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as in charge to the post of Standing Counsel for the Municipalities in Andhra Region, in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, till a regular Standing Counsel is appointed to the said post or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier.
