Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.117, Law (LA&J-Home-Cts.A1) Department, dated:27.8.2010. 2. From the Member Secretary, A.P. State Legal Services Authority, ROC No.6458/APSLSA/AW/11, dated: 24.2.2011. *** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Government have sanctioned 6 posts of Typist-cum-Assistant, 3 posts of Drivers and 6 posts of Attenders on outsourcing basis, for establishing Mobile Lok Adalats in three Districts at Kadapa, Ranga Reddy and Visakhapatnam duly following the outsourcing guidelines. 2. In the reference 2nd above, the Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority has requested to issue necessary orders for continuation of 6 posts of Typist-cum-Assistant, 3 posts of Drivers and 6 posts of Attenders on outsourcing basis, in three Districts at Kadapa, Ranga Reddy and Visakhapatnam beyond 27-08-2011. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord permission for continuation of the posts of 6 posts of Typist-cum-Assistant, 3 posts of Drivers and 6 posts of Attenders on outsourcing basis for a further period of one year beyond 27-08-2011, subject to following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously, and in future continuation orders will be obtained well in advance before completion of the term. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-II) Department vide their U.O.No.958/A1/SMPC-II/11, dated:26.12.2011. 5. The Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, shall take action accordingly.
