From Advertisement Manager, Surya Telugu Daily, Hyderabad Bill No. 182761, dt:25-01-2012 along with enclosures. *** ORDER: In the Government letter 3rd read above, the Advertisement Manager, Surya Daily, Hyderabad have been requested to insert the full page colour Advertorial in all editions of the Surya Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 to enable the public to participate in the National Voters’ Day celebrations at all the Polling Stations in the State. Accordingly, the Agency has inserted advertisement in all editions of the Surya Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 and requested for payment of Rs.4,00,000/- in the reference 4th read above. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) to M/s SPR Publications Private Limited, Hyderabad towards the cost for insertion of full page colour Advertorial in all editions of the Surya Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 to enable the public to participate in the National Voters’ Day celebrations at all the Polling Stations in the State. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited “2015 – Elections – MH 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – SH (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters – 260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12 and released vide G.O. 1st read above. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para (2) above and credit in favour of “M/s.
