O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of the Special
Collector (LA), Nalgonda, hereby direct that the period from 12.09.2011 to
26.10.2011, for 45 days during which period Sri B. Balakrishna, Special Grade
Deputy Collector, presently working as Special Collector (LA), Nalgonda District
was waiting for posting in Revenue Department be treated as compulsory wait
under F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department, vide
their U.O.No.5997/156/FR.I/12, Dt.19.03.2012.
