From Advertisement Manager, Surya Telugu Daily, Hyderabad Bill No. 4707/advt/2012, dt:25-01-2012 along with enclosures. *** ORDER: In the Government letter 2nd read above, the Advertisement Manager, the Siasat Daily, Hyderabad have been requested to insert the full page colour Advertorial in all editions of the Siasat Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 to enable the public to participate in the National Voters’ Day celebrations at all the Polling Stations in the State. Accordingly, the Agency has inserted advertisement in all editions of the Siasat Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 and requested for payment of Rs.1,85,328/- in the reference 3rd read above. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.1,85,328/- (Rupees One lakh eighty five thousand three hundred and twenty eight only) to the Siasat Daily, Hyderabad towards the cost of insertion the full page colour Advertorial in all editions of the Siasat Daily news paper in Andhra Pradesh on 25-01-2012 to enable the public to participate in the National Voters’ Day celebrations at all the Polling Stations in the State. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited “2015 – Elections – MH 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para (2) above and credit in favour of “The Siasat Daily, Hyderabad” A/c No. 0606201021230, Canara Bank, Abid Road, Hyderabad, IFSC Code: CNRB0000606, MICR Code: 500015003.
