O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of Sri M.
Venkateswara Rao, Special Grade Deputy Collector, hereby direct that the period
from 05.09.2011 to 28.11.2011, for 85 days, during which period Sri M.
Venkateswara Rao, Special Grade Deputy Collector, presently working as Project
Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission, Visakhapatnam District was waiting for posting in
Revenue Department be treated as compulsory wait under F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department, vide
their U.O.No.5863/151/FR.I/12, Dt.19.03.2012.
