The Expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department – 240 – Petrol, Oil and Lubricants.” 3. The bill received from the P.S. to Chief Secretary to Government is sent herewith in duplicate, after passing for payment, to General Administration (Claims C) Department with a request to draw the amount sanctioned in para 1 above and credited to Sri M.Bikshapathi, Sr.Driver, SB A/c.No.52088477247, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per the rules in vogue.
