From the DG, D&C, DCA, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.05/E1/2012, dated 09.01.2012 & 28.02.2012. **** ORDER: In the letter read above, the Director General, Drugs & Copyrights, Drugs Control Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that Smt.A.V.Rajeswari, Joint Director (Lab) of Drugs Control Administration department has exercised her option to retire from the services voluntary on 31-03-2012 by giving a notice as required U/r 43 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension, 1980. 2. Smt. A.V. Rajeswari has joined in service as Junior Analyst, Grade-II on 13.12.1978, she has been appointed by promotion as Joint Director(Lab), Drugs Control Administration vide Government order 1st read above. She has completed 33 years of service out of which she is having qualifying service of more than 31 years. Her normal superannuation date is 31.07.2014. Further no disciplinary cases are pending against her. 3. Government after careful examination permission is here by accord to Smt. A.V. Rajeswari, Joint Director(Lab), Director General, Drugs Control Administration, Hyderabad to retire from the services voluntarily with effect from 31-03- 2012 A.N. 4. The Director General, Drugs & Copyrights, Drugs Control Administration, Hyderabad Shall take further necessary action in the matter and necessary alternate arrangements in the said vacant post may be taken up by the HOD as per the procedure laid down.
